Terms & Conditions

Effective as of April 2024

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by **Vi Store Palasia** (referred to as "the Store", "we", or "our"), located at Building No. 09, 3rd Floor, Palasia, Indore, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all walk-in customers and users of our digital reservation platforms.

2. VIP Number Allocation

Specialized rules apply to the selection and booking of Premium/VIP/Numerology numbers:

  • Reservation: A number is considered reserved only upon successful payment of the selection fee. Stock availability is subject to real-time changes in the Vi central database.
  • Right to Use: The purchase of a VIP number grants the customer the "Right to Use" the specific MSISDN as per Vodafone Idea Limited's policy. Ownership remains with the network carrier.
  • Activation Deadline: Reserved numbers must be activated via e-KYC within 72 hours of booking, failing which the reservation may lapse without a refund.

3. KYC & Regulatory Compliance

In accordance with **TRAI** and **Department of Telecommunications (DoT)** guidelines:

  • Customers must provide valid, original Proof of Identity (POI) and Proof of Address (POA).
  • Physical presence of the applicant is mandatory for biometric/e-KYC authentication.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if documents appear tampered with or if the applicant fails to meet regulatory criteria.

4. Technical Services

For SIM replacements (Lost/Damaged) and Mobile Number Portability (MNP):

  • SIM replacements are processed only for the registered owner. A 24-hour "SMS Lock" period applies post-replacement as per security norms.
  • For MNP, the customer must ensure no outstanding dues exist with the previous operator. Unique Porting Codes (UPC) are valid for a limited window.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • • Postpaid bill payments are final and non-refundable once the transaction is successful.
  • • Fees for VIP number selection are non-refundable once the number is tagged to a customer's profile in the Vi system.
  • • In case of a technical failure where a payment is deducted but the service is not rendered, a refund will be initiated to the original payment source within 7-10 working days.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vi Store Palasia acts as an **Authorized Retail Partner**. We are not responsible for network outages, signal issues, or changes in plan benefits decided by the principal carrier (Vodafone Idea Limited). Our liability is limited to the service fee charged at our outlet.

Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
